Delivery terms
Delivery within Germany is carried out by parcel service (e.g. DHL, Hermes...). Shipping costs are free.
Delivery to the European Union Countries is carried out by parcel service (e.g. DHL, Hermes...). Shipping costs are free.
International destinations (Countries outside of european) is generally feasible. Please understand that, in this instance, we will need to evaluate the possibility of delivering to your specific country. We will provide you with a prompt response, indicating any potential additional charges or the necessity of order cancellation. Should cancellation be required, you will naturally receive a full refund of your payment.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated, delivery times can be found in the corresponding product description. If you order several items at the same time, the delivery time of the entire order is always based on the item with the longest delivery time. Please note that the delivery time always starts from the date of receipt of payment.
