Shipping and Returns


For us, the satisfaction of our customers is our focus. That's why we offer you exclusive and free shipping within Germany and Europe (only EU-Countries).

Customs fees or additional shipping costs may apply for international delivery. However, please don't worry, as in most cases, international delivery is also possible. But for international delivery please read our Delivery conditions before.

Our products are mainly asian imported goods, which means we can offer you exceptionally low prices, as well as always a new and trendy range. Please note that the delivery time can currently be between 8 and 20 days. On average (last 3 months) the delivery time is 10 calendar days . However, we assure you that patience will pay off – quality at an unbeatable price awaits you! Of course, you will automatically receive the tracking link by email, where you can track the entire delivery at any time.


If your item is damaged or you were accidentally sent the wrong product, we offer you the following options:

Free re-delivery or refund : You have the option to request a free re-delivery of the correct item or receive a refund of the purchase price (or a voucher) within 30 days of delivery. To speed up this process, we require precise information and a photo of the damaged item for our complaint processing. After checking, we will decide whether the goods need to be returned to us. In this case, we will also cover the costs of the return.

Right of withdrawal : If you accidentally ordered the wrong product and it is still unused, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. You can return the product within 30 days without any further reasons and we will refund you the full purchase price, or you will receive an equivalent voucher with which you can easily order another product.
In this case, you bear the risk of a lost return shipment.
Important: The item will then be in as good a condition as possible in its original condition and in the original packaging. See also right of withdrawal .

Please note the 30 day deadline!

We therefore recommend that you check the goods immediately after delivery and, if necessary, lodge a complaint within a short time. Otherwise we will assume that the goods were delivered in perfect condition and we can no longer offer a warranty on the product. Your satisfaction is important to us and we are here to ensure you receive the best possible support.
